“Are you a princess?” Lily asked as her mother tucked her into bed.
“No,” Stella said with a smile, nuzzling her daughter’s face with her nose. “Just a mommy.”
“But you have princess hair.”
Stella smiled. “Thank you baby.”
“Like Pununzel,” Lily added, hugging her teddy bear.

“Rapunzel,” Don supplied.
“Right,” Lily said with a nod.
“And I agree,” Don added, kissing his wife. “Your mother has very pretty, princessy hair. Even before she was your mommy and I was your daddy, I would always notice her hair, wherever we were.”

“So, Rapunzel, huh?” Stella as she stretched out in bed next to Don.
“Mmhmm,” he said, kissing her shoulder.
“You gonna use my hair to climb some towers?”
“If that was what it took to save you.”

She smiled. “That’s kind of sweet.”
