As we reported in January 08, the The Puchon Intl. Fantastic Film Festival (PiFan) begins this month (July 18) with Waltz With Bashir, the documentary animation by Israeli helmer Ari Folman. Seoul, South Korea will play host to this years Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival (a.k.a. PiFan) set to run July 18-27.
